Roger Grech
Roger graduated from the Central Institute of Technology with a diploma in podiatry and was awarded top student at the completion of his final year.
He undertook post graduate studies in the mid 1990’s and graduated with a first class Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Podiatry from Brighton University (UK).
Roger has been guest speaker at various local and national conferences over the years and has served on a number of advisory committees within his professional body and other diabetes/educational organisations.
He is an expert advisor to the Health and Disability Commissioner, a member of the Professional Conduct Committee and continues to provide ongoing education and mentoring to new graduates and podiatry students.
In 2012 Roger was the recipient of the Inaugural Podiatry New Zealand Award for his contribution to the Podiatry profession in New Zealand.
He is passionate about his profession and specialises in providing high standards of care in general podiatry services, including minor surgery, biomechanics, orthotics, sports/musculoskeletal medicine, diabetic foot disease, wound care and Children’s foot problems.
